

Our Process
Right from the start perfection is created.
Brewed in small batches our beer is ice cold filtered to 2.5 degrees below zero. Using quality malts, imported hops, and charcoal filtered water ensuring purity, all is direct fired in our 2000 litre copper kettles. Our beer is fermented for 2 weeks ensuring total attenuation and then matured for eight weeks.
